I have spent a large proportion of my time working at a corporate level and coaching a wide variety of people, either as a team or on a one to one basis.

I have coached CEO’s and helped them to become more effective leaders and gain greater presence in their organisations. 

 I have supported senior teams in enabling them to work better together and to improve their performance. Coached new managers to develop their leadership skills so that they can be effective in their new role and to lead their teams in the best way possible.
